How it fits
Grappling cut. No metal. No velcro. Internal drawstring. They should sit on the hips and stay there through scrambles — not slide, not saw the thighs. Between sizes? Take the larger waist. You can cinch a drawstring. You cannot un-rip a split.
Measure where the shorts actually sit, not your jeans waist.

Body waist. 95/5 poly-spandex, 4-way stretch, bar-tack reinforced. Inseam is a grappling length — coverage without catching feet in guard.

Finder uses waist, not chest. If you wear a 33, take L and run the drawstring. Don’t gamble on a tight waist for no-gi.
