Rashguard
How it fits
Compression. Not a t-shirt. It should lock to the chest and sit tight at the waist so it doesn’t ride when you’re stuck in someone’s closed guard. Silicone gripper at the hem keeps it down. These run fitted. Between sizes, or a long torso — size up.
Match your chest first. Height and weight are a second check, not the deciding vote.
| Size | Chest | Waist | Typical weight | Height |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| S | 36–38 | 30–32 | 125–155 lb | 5'4–5'8 |
| M | 38–40 | 32–34 | 150–175 lb | 5'7–5'11 |
| L | 41–44 | 34–37 | 175–200 lb | 5'10–6'2 |
| XL | 44–47 | 37–40 | 200–230 lb | 6'0–6'4 |
| XXL | 47–51 | 40–44 | 230–260 lb | 6'1–6'5 |
| XXXL | 51–56 | 44–48 | 260–300 lb | 6'2+ |
Body measurements. Tape the fullest part of the chest, level, arms down. Rashguards are a compression cut — expect them closer than a street tee.
- AChestFullest part of the chest. Tape level. Arms down. Don’t flex for the camera.
- BWaistWhere the shorts actually sit — usually the hips on grappling gear, not the jeans line.
- CHeightBarefoot, back to the wall. For kids this is the measurement that matters.
S–XXXL matches the sizes on the store. Long and short sleeve share the same body. If it feels like a cotton shirt, it’s too big.
Choke Cartel · Measure twice. Order once.
